Seasonal Work

According to the client instructions and investor guidelines, we perform grass cuts weekly or bi-weekly. Besides that, we also do other landscaping jobs like shrubs trimming, gardening, and others.

Snow accumulation of three inches or higher is removed per investor guidelines, and surfaces are salted to prevent ice build-ups.

We also provide winterization services on all plumbing fixtures as well as dry heat, steam/ wet, and radiant heat systems to prevent damage. Thawing service for frozen houses when needed.
